A Glimpse At Great Food Writing

I'm taking a professional food writing course. I have no idea what my assignments will be or how the class will be taught, but I do know that this is a fantastic piece on food writing even though it's enclosed in  The Best Travel Writing 2009: True Stories From Around the World. Matthew Gavin Frank may be a travel writer, but he sure knows how to describe some good food! Read pages 117 - 137.
